The Quest

To the Right, in the distance, you can see the illusive jump. While we watched on, starting at the top of the snow plateau, he took the jump at a speed only to be used to launch a rocket, and propelled his machine through the air, landing in a billowing cloud of powder. As his machine slowed and he rolled to a stop, blood, adrenaline, and testosterone flowed freely. The quest still stands, land without blood. Will this feat be mastered by the maturing (I used that term loosely) "Jedi"! Oh yes, there will be another time, another attempt, and he will conquer, he will land the machine, he will not be beaten, or perhaps just break something important while the attempt is made.

Weekend at "To Cabin"
